In this miniature we see that Mildred won't be stopped from retrieving her morning paper even if the ornery boy upstairs has enough water ballons to douse the entire block. Madam Olga is doing a reading for a young lady in distress as her cat teases a young boy's dog while he is having his hair cut. Tony is busy preparing for a new day as he proudly displays today's special.
